Hey sweetie, I think that looks like a wonderful place to go walking. It was good joining you. Congratulations for not cutting. That shows just how good you are at using skills to overcome that. It's good that you noticed that when you do it you feel worse. The sunset is gorgeous! Lincoln is beautiful, and I have to go there one day. Finally I could watch this vid! Taken me a while lol.
